Cara Membuat Jamu Kunyit Asam.

Untuk meredakan rasa sakit saat haid kita dapat membuat kunyit asem sendiri. Berikut cara membuat jamu kunyit asem :

Alat dan bahan :
Panci
Saringan
Botol
12 gr kunyit
3.6 gr asam
0.6 gr temulawak
24 gr gula merah
120 mg garam
120 ml air

Cara pembuatan :
1. Kupas, cuci lalu timbang kunyit, kencur, dan temulawak kemudian potong - potong kecil
2.Panaskan air 120 cc sampai mendidih
3.Masukkan semua bahan kecuali garam dan gula merah
4. Panaskan dalam api kecil sambil diaduk
5. Tambahkan sisiran gula merah dan garam
6. Tunggu sampai matang
 7. Saring dalam botol sampai 75 ml bila kekurangan berat, ampas dimasukkan dalam mangkok alumunium beri air dingin sesuai kekurangan
8. Dinginkan, lalu siap diminum

Manfaat Khasiat Daun Salam Untuk Kesehatan Tubuh

Salam yang selama ini kita kenal sebagai bumbu tambahan masakan (bumbu dapur), ternyata mengandung minyak atsiri, tanin,dan flavonoida, yang berguna untuk kesehatan tubuh manusia atau herbal (obat tradisional).

Untuk mengobati diare :
Ambil 20 lembar daun salam yang segar, lalu rebus dengan dua gelas air sampai mendidih selama 10 menit, setelah dingin saring dan tambahkan sedikit garam. Minum ramuan ini 2 kali sehari.

Mengobati mabuk akibat alkohol :
Ambil 3 buah salam yang sudah masak, lalu tumbuk sampai halus, peras dan saring untuk di ambil airnya, minum air saringan tersebut sekaligus sampai habis.

Mengatasi gatal-gatal :
Ambil daun salamsecukupnya, lalu cuci hingga bersih, tumbuk atau giling hingga halus, tambahkan minyak kelapa secukupnya, kemudian balurkan pada bagian yang gatal.

Untuk obat kencing manis :
Ambil 10 lembar daun salam, tambahkan 30 gram sambiloto. lalau rebus dengan air  sebanyak 800 cc hingga tersisa 400 cc, setelah dingin saring lalu diminum. Minum ramuan ini 2 kali sehari.

MANFAAT KULIT BUAH MANGGIS

Buah manggis awalnya hanya dikenal sebagai buah untuk dikomsumsi, bagian buah yang biasanya dikomsumsi adalah lapisan penutup biji dan biji gagal berupa daging putih berair.Dari sejumlah penelitian, diketahui bahwa kulit buah manggis, kulit kayu, dan garcinia magostana, mengandung sejumlah senyawa kimia yang bermanfaat, di antaranya:Kandungan 

• Zat warna kuning yang berasal dari dua metabolit, yaitu magostin dan B-magostin.

• Metabolit baru, yaitu 1,3,6,7-tetrahidroksi-2,8-di(3-metil-2butenil) xanton yang diberi mana a-magostanin.

Khasiat

• Untuk penyakit disentri:

 Kulit buah manggis dicuci, lalu dipotong-potongdan direbus dalam empat gelas air. Setelah mendidih dan air rebusan tersisa setengahnya, angkat dan dinginkan. Setelah dingin, air rebusan disaring. Jika ada bisa ditmbahkan madu. Minum aur ramuan ini 2 kali sehari dan lihat perkembangannya. 

• Untuk penyembuhan diare: 

Lakukan dengan langkah yang sama, namun air rebusan yang tersisa lebih sedikit. 

• Untuk penyembuhan sariawan:

 Langkah cara membuat ramuan juga sama. Hanya, air ramuannya cukup digunakan untuk kumur.

• Anti mikroba: 

Kulit buah manggis mrmpunyai daya antimikroba terhadap beberapa jenis mikroba dan jamur.

• Anti kankaer
